反卷积算法在超宽带时域测量中的应用

     

摘要

Since the UWB signal effective bandwidth is restricted by the system hardware performance,UWB measuring system resolution is greatly restricted.In order to realize the super-resolution capability of the ultrawideband time domain measurement system,deconvolution algorithm was applied to the data processing of measurement system,and Gaussian filter was used to amend the ill-posed problems caused by deconvolution according to the characteristics of the input and output signals of the measuring system.Measurement was carried out by measuring open branch transmission lines,the results showed that deconvolution could greatly improve the resolution of ultra-wideband time domain measurement system,and also demonstrated its feasibility.%由于超宽带信号的有效带宽受到系统硬件性能的限制,导致超宽带时域测量系统分辨率受到了严重制约.为实现超宽带时域测量系统的超分辨测量,将反卷积算法应用在测量系统数据处理过程中.根据测量系统中输入脉冲及输出信号的特点,选取高斯滤波器对反卷积处理带来的病态问题进行了修正.利用测量系统对长度特性小于系统分辨率的分支线进行测量,通过反卷积算法对测量数据的处理,得到了超分辨的测量结果,应用实例表明该算法能够提高超宽带时域测量系统的分辨力,证明了其在超宽带时域测量系统中应用的有效性.
