摘要

In order to provide reference for the fuze set-forward overload during proj ectile penetration of limited thick concrete target and provide reference for adj usting extension mechanism design,the simulation of proj ectile penetration of limited thick concrete target was carried out with ANSYS/LS DYNA.The set-forward acceler-ation of the base fuze was analyzed.Draw lessons from the analysis method of proj ectile penetration steel target, the empirical formula of the biggest set-forward overload during the projectile penetration C35 limited thick con-crete target was fitted according to the simulation dates.The empirical formula could provide reference for fuze adj usting extension mechanism design.%为了给侵彻爆破弹引信自调延期机构设计提供参考,解决目前设计过程缺少经验公式计算的现状,提出了弹丸正侵彻有限厚混凝土靶过程最大前冲过载经验公式.采用ANSYS/LS DYNA有限元软件数值模拟了125 mm口径侵彻爆破弹正侵彻有限厚C35混凝土靶过程,分析了弹底引信前冲加速度变化规律,借鉴弹丸冲塞侵彻钢靶的分析方法,根据不同侵彻工况下的仿真数据,拟合得到了弹丸正侵彻有限厚C35混凝土靶过程最大前冲过载经验公式,分析表明该经验公式初步可行.
