人工智能技术的飞速发展需要相关伦理问题的跟进研究.人工智能技术的伦理讨论不仅涉及到一般性的技术伦理问题,而且涉及到未来可能具有自主意识和行为能力的人工智能体所产生的特殊伦理问题.AI技术的一般性伦理问题指向技术设计和使用等主客体层面,AI技术的特殊伦理问题则指向智能体可能具有的伦理自主性.现象学伦理学区分了描述伦理学与规范伦理学,并且将描述伦理学视为规范伦理学的基础.有必要从现象学伦理学尤其是描述伦理学的新视角谨慎审视人工智能的伦理难题.%The rapid development of AI Technology calls for related research to address the ethical issues .Dis-cussion of the AI technology ethics is not only related to common ethical issues ,but also to special issues that may arise from autonomous agents with autonomous consciousness and behavior .AI technology not only needs to resolve ethical issues in technology development and use ,but needs to consider the autonomous ethicality of autonomous agents .Phenomenological ethics distinguishes normative ethics from descriptive ethics ,and builds the former on the basis of the later .It is necessary to review AI ethics cautiously from the perspective of phe-nomenological ethics ,descriptive ethics in particular .
