Due to the attachment of coke tilting on the position detection device the traditional position detection device can not be used normally. In order to solve this problem, the use of the Hall element,a magnetic-based position detection program was proposed. The program uses feedback control loops working environment for the conduct of the Hall element temperature control, use differential compensation principle of balancing the impact on the stray magnetic field for compensation. The results show that the program can be successfully used to detect the device attached by coke-like material.%由于冶金炼焦等工业场合的位置检测装置常常被某些焦状物附着,使得传统的位置检测装置无法正常使用,为了解决这一问题,本文提出了一种利用霍尔元件基于磁场的位置检测方案.该方案采用反馈控制回路对霍尔元件工作环境进行恒温控制,利用差动平衡补偿原理对杂散磁场影响进行补偿.实际应用结果表明,该方案可用于检测装置容易被焦状物质附着的特殊应用场合.
