不同树脂粘结剂及硅烷偶联剂对玻璃纤维桩与牙本质粘结强度的影响

     

摘要

[ Objective] To evaluate the influence of different resin cements and silane coupling agents on bond strength of glass fiber posts to root dentin. [Methods] Twenty -four sound single rooted teeth that had similar dimensions were selected. The coronal aspects were removed. After endodontic treatment and canal preparation,24 MATCHPOST glass fiber posts were cemented to the root canals. According to the different silane coupling agent,24 teeth root were randomly divided into two equal main groups of 12 each: A group (two components) and B group (single component). Teeth root from the two main groups were randomly distributed into there equal subgroups according to different resin cement: RU group (RelyX Unicem self - adhesive system) ; PF group (Panavia - F self - etching system) and DL group (DUO - LINK total - etching system). Each root was cut perpendicular to the long axis to obtain 3 slices with 3.0- mm - thick as test specimens. Specimens of each test group (n = 12) were loaded in an universal testing machine for push - out test. The dates obtained were submitted to the two - way ANOVA and multiple comparison (α = 0.05 ). Failure modes of specimens were observed and recorded. [ Results] Bond strength values ( Mpa) of six test groups from the highest to the lowest were as follows; B - RU (14. 8 ±5.17),B-PF (9.77±4.77),A-RU (9.42±4.93) ,A-PF (8.69 ±3.40) ,B - DL (5.71 ±2.71) and A-DL (5.22 ± 1.69). Silane coupling agent (compared A and B group,P =0.014) and resin cement (compared RU、PF and DL group,P =0.000) significantly effected bond strength,whereas the interaction between these two factors was not significant (P = 0.079). Post - hoc test revealed that significant differences (P < 0.05) could be found between every two groups of three (RU,PF and DL). [Conclusion] Self-adhesive resin cement (RU) show the better bond strength than self-etching (DL) and total - etching (PF). One - component silane coupling agent should be recommended in clinical.%[目的]评价不同树脂粘结剂及不同组份硅烷偶联剂对玻璃纤维桩与牙本质粘结强度的影响.[方法]将24颗单根管离体牙去除牙冠经常规根管治疗和预备,粘固MATCHPOST玻璃纤维桩.将每颗牙根垂直牙长轴切割出3个3.0mm的片段作为测试样本.根据涂布硅烷偶联剂的组份不同将离体牙随机均分为A组(双组份组)和B组(单组份组);根据树脂粘结剂的不同再将A、B组各随机均分为3个亚组:自粘结组(RU组)、自酸蚀组(PF组)和全酸蚀组(DL组).于万能试验机上对各组(n=12)样本进行推出实验.对实验数据进行双因素方差分析及多重比较,观察样本破坏模式.[结果]6个实验组的推出粘结强度值(MPa)由高到低分别为:B - RU组(14.8±5.17);B- PF组(9.77±4.77);A- RU组(9.42±4.93);A- PF组(8.69±3.40);B- DL组(5.71±2.71);A- DL组(5.22± 1.69).硅烷偶联剂(A组与B组比较,P=0.014)和树脂粘结剂(RU组、PF组与DL组比较,P=0.000)两因子均显著影响粘结强度,但两因子间没有交互作用(P=0.079).不同树脂粘结剂组每两组间比较差异均具有显著性意义(P<0.05).[结论]不同硅烷偶联剂或树脂粘结剂均可显著影响玻璃纤维桩与牙本质的粘结强度;自粘结树脂粘结剂(RU)的粘结效果更佳;推荐临床上选择应用单组份硅烷偶联剂.
