针对现有电力通信网可靠性评价方法未能综合考虑节点与链路可靠度对网络影响，不能准确评价电力通信网可靠性的问题，提出了一种基于聚类可靠度的电力通信网可靠性评价方法。该方法从网络拓扑结构出发，结合电力通信网的特点以及局部网络的聚类性质，综合考虑节点可靠度、链路可靠度与链路权重，计算出聚类可靠度。算例分析表明，该方法能够更为准确地反映电力通信网的特点，衡量电力通信网的可靠程度，可为电力通信网的可靠性评价提供参考。%Aiming at the problem that the existing evaluating method of electric power communication network does not consider the reliability of the nodes and links, an evaluating algorithm based on clustering reliability was proposed. The characteristics of the electric power communication network and the clustering character of the locality network were considered together to calculate the reliability degree of the nodes and the links and finally the clustering reliability. The example given in the article shows that the proposed algorithm can measure the reliability degree of electric power communication network better, so as to provide reference for the evaluation of the electric power communication network.
