在复杂齿轮传动的CAD系统中,啮合齿轮的空间挂接方案的设计是一个具有极高算法复杂性的布局问题,而常用的穷举法或各种控制随机算法普遍存在着运算时间长、优化程度低的缺点.文中把啮合齿轮布排的相互干涉度量理解为啮合齿轮之间的相异性指标,并借助聚类分析算法得到一种解决复杂齿轮空间挂接布局设计的新方法.%In complex gear transmission, the space arrangement of meshing gears is a problem with very high algorithmic complexity. Exhausting enumeration and controlled stochastic algorithms have the shortcomings of long calculation time and low solution optimization. In this paper, the interference measurement between different meshing gears is regarded as their index of dissimilarity, then cluster analysis algorithm is employed. Such a new approach to solve the problem of space arrangement of meshing gears is straightforward and gives good results.
