四种因素对窝沟封闭剂渗透性影响的体外研究

     

摘要

Objective: To determine the effects of different fissure surface treatments, of whether pit and fissure is contaminated by saliva or not , of different fissure sealants , and of different irradiation time on the penetration of fissure sealant. Method: A total of 48 extracted human permanent molars were randomly divided into 16 3-teeth groups. Sealing the pit and fissure with different methods and fissure sealants. Penetration ability was examined after sectioning, specimens were observed under a stereomicroscope. Result: The differences of two factors, namely,fissure sealant and fissure surface treatment were significant (P <0.05) , and interaction between fissure sealant and fissure surface treatment was also significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Combination of enameloplasty sealant technique and fissure sealant Helioseal F has proved to be a better solution.%目的:体外比较不同窝沟处理方法,窝沟是否污染,不同封闭材料,不同光照时间对窝沟封闭剂渗透性的影响。方法:48颗离体前磨牙,随机分为16组,每组3颗牙,分别采用不同封闭材料及方法进行窝沟封闭,体视显微镜下观察,对窝沟封闭剂的渗透率进行测定。结果:窝沟封闭材料、窝沟处理方法两种处理因素自身不同水平比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),窝沟封闭材料和窝沟处理方法之间存在交互作用(P<0.05)。结论:窝沟釉质成形术与封闭剂Helioseal F联合应用进行窝沟封闭具有很好的临床应用价值。
