目的:探讨螺旋CT三维重建在颌面部骨折病例诊治中的应用。方法:对279例颌面部骨折病例行螺旋CT三维重建,分析骨折部位、范围及骨折段移位方式,从而为手术提供参考。结果:本组共279例,其中手术治疗253例,26例未行手术治疗(11例患者拒绝治疗,15例因骨折移位不明显、咬合关系良好、面形塌陷不明显而采取保守治疗)。通过螺旋CT三维成像,能够立体地显示骨折的部位、形态、骨折块移位特点和类型等三维空间信息。结论:螺旋CT三维重建在颌面部骨折诊断、手术入路及治疗中具有较好的参考价值。%Objective: to evaluated the applicative value of three -dimensional reconstructive technology in maxillofacial fractures diagnosis and therapy. Method: 279 cases of facial fractures were examined with spiral CT and then the images were taken three-dimensional reconstruction on work-station. Analyzed the position and extension of the fractured bone, consequently gave supply references to the surgery. Result: In 279 cases, 253 cases were accepted by surgery, 11 cases refused to be treated, 15 cases accepted conservative therapy. The spatial location and the type of position, morphology and the displacement of the fractured bone could be revealed by spiral CT, using a 3D-reconstmction method. Conclusion: spiral CT 3D imaging can reveal the spatial relationship in cases of complex maxillofacial fracture. And it has important value in clinical diagnosis and may be helpful for the clinical management.
