口腔研究生不同操作姿势位对头颈肌肌电的影响

摘要

目的:利用肌电图仪测量不同口腔操作姿势位下口腔研究生头颈肌的肌电活动.方法:选取口腔研究生志愿者40名,平均年龄24.9岁,应用BioEMGTM II肌电图仪,测量在自然头颈姿势位(P0位)、坐姿低头15°位(P1位)、坐姿低头45°位(P2位)、右偏头45°位(P3位)下,受试者下颌姿势位时的颞肌前束(TA)、咬肌(MM)、胸锁乳突肌(SCM)及二腹肌前腹(DA)的肌电幅值和不对称性指数.结果:P0位与P1位相比较,头颈肌的电位变化差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).P0位与P2、P3位的头颈肌肌电幅值相比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).P0位与P3位的SCM不对称性指数相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:下颌姿势位时,头颈部肌群在不同的口腔操作姿势体位的肌电活动有差异,不良口腔操作姿势位可能会影响头颈部肌群正常的生理功能.%Objective:To measure the EMG data of head and neck muscles in different posture of operation dental procedures by electromyography. Methods:A total of 40 volunteers aged 24. 9 years were selected. The BioEMGTM II was used to measure both the asymmetry index and the EMG of anterior temporalis( TA) ,masseter mascle( MM) ,sternocleidomastiod (SCM)and digastric anterior(DA)at the four different postures(P0:Natural head and neck posture position,P1:lower self head with 15 degrees position,P2:lower self head with 45 degrees position,and P3:lower plus right incline self head with 45 degree position) . Results:There was no statistical difference in the potential change of head and neck muscles between P0 and P1 position(P>0. 05). Both the EMG activities in the head and neck muscles of P2 and P3 group were different from that of control group P0,the difference is statistically significant(P<0. 05). The SCM Asymmetry Index of control group P0 was statistical different from the P3 group(P<0. 05). Conclusion:The mandibular posture position,the EMG activities of head and neck muscles between different postures were different,indicating that the unhealthy postures of the dentists have notable effects on the normal physiological function of the head and neck muscles.
