Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of cefdinir in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis patients complicated with community-acquired pneumonia. Methods 60 pulmonary tuberculosis patients complicated with community-acquired pneumonia were randomly and evenly divided into two groups. The study group was treated with cefdinir 100 mg tid, and the control group was treated with cefditoren piroxil 200 mg bid. The treatment course was 7~14 days. The curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results The cure rate was 96. 2% in the study group and 93. 3% in the control group respectively. The rate of adverse reactions was 10. 0% in the study group and 6. 6% in the control group respectively. There were no statistical significant difference between the two groups ( P >0. 05 ). Conclusion Cefdinir is an effective and well tolerated antibacterial agent in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis patients complicated with community acquired pneumonia.%目的 评价头孢地尼对肺结核合并社区获得性肺炎的疗效及其安全性.方法 选择肺结核合并社区获得性肺炎的门诊患者60例,随机分为治疗组对照组各30例,分别给予头孢地尼100 mg tid;头孢妥仑匹酯200 mg bid,疗程7~14 d.结果 治疗组治愈率96.7%,对照组治愈率93.3%;不良反应率分别为10.0%及6.6%.经统计学检验差异均无显著性.结论 头孢地尼治疗肺结核合并社区获得性肺炎安全高效.
