瘦素预处理对兔急性肺栓塞血清炎性因子的影响

摘要

Objective To investigate the defense mechanism of lung injury by observing leptin influence on the expression of IL-6 and IL-K of rabbits with arute pulmonary embolism. Methods 24 healthy New Zealand rabbits were randomly and evenly divided into the control group and the experiment group. The experiment group were treated with leptin, and then the supernatant fluid of all rabbits were collected and inflammatory factors were detected by ELIsA. Results The levels of IL-6 and IL-K decreased obviously in the experiment group alter the pretreatment while compared with those in the control group ( P ＜ 0. 05 ). The symptom relief was more pronounced in the experiment group than in the control group. Conclusion Leptin can downgrade the expression of IL-6 and IL-K in order to protect the damaged lung tissues.%目的 通过观察外源性瘦素对兔急性肺栓塞( APE)后IL-6及IL-8水平的影响,探讨其在肺损伤时的保护机制.方法 选取健康新西兰兔24只,随机分为两组,模型组与瘦素预处理组,每组12只.两组分别采血离心后取上清液,用ELISA 方法检测血清炎性因子.结果 ①瘦素预处理组 IL-6及IL-8水平比较模型对照组明显下降,且P值<0.05,具有统计学意义;②症状所见瘦素预处理明显轻于模型对照组.结论 外源性瘦素通过对急性肺血栓栓塞症后血清IL-6及IL-8的水平下调,从而对损伤的肺组织起到了保护作用.
