超重肥胖成人肺通气功能与氧化应激的相关性研究

         

摘要

目的:探讨超重肥胖成人肺通气功能与氧化应激之间的关系。方法对305例健康体检者进行身高、体重、腰围、血压、肺通气功能测量,空腹采静脉血检测 C 反应蛋白( CRP )、高敏 C 反应蛋白( hs-CRP)、超氧化物歧化酶( SOD),回归分析肺通气功能指标与氧化应激间的关系。结果超重组和肥胖组用力肺活量(FVC)、第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、FEV1/FVC低于正常组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。与正常组相比,超重组和肥胖组中SOD明显减低,肥胖组中的hs-CRP明显升高( P<0.05或P<0.01)。与超重组比,肥胖组hs-CRP明显升高(P<0.05)。代谢指标中CRP、hs-CRP、SOD与肺功能有相关性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论肥胖导致肺通气功能受损,炎症反应和氧化应激可能与肺通气功能改变有关。%Objective To investigate the relationship of pulmonary ventilation function and oxidative stress in overweight adults. Methods Height, weight, waist circumference, blood pressure and pulmonary function of 305 health examination adults were measured. Venous blood were collected and C-reactive protein ( CRP) , high-sensitivi-ty C-reactive protein ( hs-CRP) and superoxide dismutase ( SOD) were measured. The relationship between pulmona-ry functions and oxidative stress was analyzed. Results Compared with the normal weight group, FVC, FEV1 and FEV1/FVC were significantly decreased in the overweight group and the obesity group (P<0. 05 or P<0. 01). Com-pared with the normal weight group, SOD of the overweight group and the obesity group decreased significantly, the hs-CRP of the obesity group increased significantly (P<0. 05 or P<0. 01). Compared with the overweight group hs-CRP of the obesity group were significantly increased (P<0. 05). Among the metabolic indexes, CRP, hs-CRP and SOD were related with pulmonary function ( P<0. 05 or P<0. 01 ) . Conclusion Obesity can damage pulmonary function. Inflammatory response and oxidative stress may related with changes of pulmonary function.
