伊曲康唑治疗COPD合并肺部真菌感染患者的疗效与分析

摘要

Objective To study the clinical effect of itraconazole in the treatment of COPD patients compli-cated with pulmonary fungus infection. Methods On the basis of routine treatment, the control group was plus trea-ted with amphotericin B, and the observation group was given itraconazole. Their curative effect and adverse reactions were compared. Results There was no significant difference in total effective rate and adverse reactions between the two groups ( P>0. 05 ) . Conclusion According to the type of fungal infection, appropriate antimicrobial agents should be chosen, that can effectively treat the secondary pulmonary fungal infection in patients with COPD.%目的：探讨伊曲康唑在慢性阻塞性肺病并肺部真菌感染患者的临床效果。方法对照组在常规治疗的基础上加用两性霉素B治疗，观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用伊曲康唑治疗。比较两组治疗效果、不良反应发生情况。结果两组治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义。结论根据患者真菌感染类型，选择合适的抗菌药物，合理使用抗生素及激素，可有效治疗COPD患者继发肺部真菌感染。
