支气管镜肺泡灌洗术治疗呼吸机相关性肺炎的疗效分析

Objective To investigate the efficacy of bronchoscopic lavage in the treatment of ventilator-asso-ciated pneumonia. Methods A total of 140 patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia were collected and ran-domly divided into study group and the control group. Conventional therapy was taken in the control group and con-ventional therapy plus bronchoscopy lavage methods were taken in the study group. The therapeutic effect was com-pared between the two groups. Results In the study group, mechanical ventilation, duration of ICU stay, and hospi-talization cost were significantly lower than those in the control group. The ventilator offline success rate was signifi-cantly higher in the study group than in the control group. The simplify CPIS scores were significantly higher in the study group than in the control group 3, 5 and 7 days after the treatment. Conclusion Ventilator-associated pneu-monia and bronchoscopic lavage can reduce the duration of mechanical ventilation, and improve the success rate off the ventilator and patients' outcomes, which is worthy of widely clinical use.%目的：分析并探索支气管镜肺泡灌洗术用于呼吸机相关性肺炎治疗的效果。方法选择呼吸机相关性肺炎的患者共140例，随机分为研究组和对照组。对照组采取常规治疗的方法，研究组采用常规治疗+支气管镜肺泡灌洗的方法，比较治疗效果。结果研究组机械通气时间、ICU住院天数、ICU住院费用显著低于对照组，研究组呼吸机脱机成功率显著高于对照组。研究组治疗后3 d、5 d和7 d简化CPIS评分均显著高于对照组。结论支气管镜肺泡灌洗可减少机械通气时间，提高患者呼吸机脱机的成功率，改善患者预后，值得临床运用。
