引流管固定装置ELOCK用于胸腔引流管固定的临床效果研究

摘要

Objective To investigate the chest drainage tube fixed method for providing a safe and effective fixed choice.Methods 98 patients with unilateral pleural drainage tube were randomly divided into the research group (49 patients)and the control group (49 patients).The research group was given stitching joint drainage tube fixing device ELOCK fixed drainage tube,and the control group was given suture fixation drainage tube.Drainage tube was worn a skin with gauze bandage.Their drainage tube displacement and shift,painful times caused by block-age and pull of the drainage tube,adverse reactions,and cost were compared between the two groups.Results Their drainage tube displacement and shift,and painful times caused by blockage and pull of drainage tube were low-er in the research group than in the control group (P <0.05),and the cost was higher in the research group than in the control group (P <0.05).There was no significant difference in skin reactions between the two groups (P >0.05).Conclusion Drainage tube fixing device ELOCK is an effective and safe method to fix chest drainage tube.%目的：探讨胸腔引流管的固定方法，提供安全有效的固定选择。方法选择胸腔闭式引流术放置单侧胸腔引流管的患者98例，采用计算机随机分组分为研究组（49例）和对照组（49例）。研究组采用缝线联合引流管固定装置 ELOCK 固定引流管，对照组采用缝合固定引流管，引流管穿出皮肤处用纱布包扎。比较两组的引流管脱落、位移、引流管堵塞、牵拉痛次数、皮肤不良反应、增加费用。结果研究组患者的引流管脱落率、位移和牵拉痛次数均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05），研究组的费用增加高于对照组（P ＜0.05），两组患者的皮肤不良反应比较差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。结论采用引流管固定装置ELOCK 固定胸腔引流管，可安全有效的固定引流管。
