Objective To analyze the relationship between CD4+CD2+5 Treg cells regulated by Foxp3 and the stages of lung adenocarcinoma patients. Methods CD4+CD2+5 Treg cells was counted by Flow cytometry method in lung adenocarcinoma patients at different stages and healthy controls, and the effect of chemotherapy and surgery on Foxp3 in serum was observed. Results CD4+CD2+5 Treg cells were significantly higher in lung adenocarcinoma pa-tients than in healthy people, and they were positively correlated with tumor stages. In addition, the cell counts in patients decreased significantly after surgery or chemotherapy (P<0. 05). Conclusion CD4+CD2+5 Treg cells regu-lated by Foxp3 may play an important role in lung adenocarcinoma, which will be helpful for the early diagnosis and as a new therapeutic target of lung adenocarcinoma.%目的:分析Foxp3调节的CD+C D2+5 Treg细胞计数与肺腺癌患者分期之间的关系。
