小细胞肺癌患者血清C-反应蛋白表达水平及与预后的关系研究

摘要

Objective To investigate the expression level of serum C-reactive protein ( CRP) and its effect on the prognosis of patients with small cell lung cancer. Methods Totally 68 patients with small cell lung cancer were collected as the SCLC group from January 2009 to March 2016 in our hospital. Meanwhile, another 70 healthy people were chosen as the control group. The blood samples were collected to measure the serum level of CRP in the two groups. The serum CRP level and its relationship with clinicopathologic characteristics were explored in SCLC;Patients with SCLC were followed up to study the serum level of CRP effecting on prognosis. Results The serum lev-el of CRP in the SCLC group was higher than that of the control group (P<0. 05). In the SCLC group, gender and age were not associated with serum CRP level (P>0. 05), while staging, weight change and KPS score were associ-ated with serum CRP expression (P<0. 05). In the SCLC group through long-term follow-up, single factors analysis showed that high serum level of CRP had poor prognosis compared with normal serum CRP level (X2=9. 986, P=0. 002). Multivariate analysis showed that serum CRP level was an independent risk factor for the prognosis of pa-tients with small cell lung cancer. Conclusion The serum level of CRP is significantly increased in small cell lung cancer patients. The raising serum level of CRP may be an independent risk factor for the prognosis of patients with small cell lung cancer.%目的 研究小细胞肺癌患者血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)表达水平及与预后的关系.方法 收集2009年1月-2016年3月我院小细胞肺癌患者68例作为SCLC组,同期另选70例查体健康者作为对照组.测定所有人员血清CRP指标,探讨SCLC患者血清CRP表达水平及与临床病理特征关系;通过随访,探讨血清CRP水平对SCLC患者预后的影响.结果 SCLC组血清CRP水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05).在SCLC组中,性别、年龄与血清CRP水平无关(P>0.05),而SCLC分期、体重变化及KPS评分则与血清CRP表达水平有关(P<0.05).单因素分析显示血清CRP高表达患者预后较正常表达患者差(χ2=9.986,P=0.002),多因素分析显示血清CRP为影响患者生存的独立因素.结论 本研究人SCLC患者血清CRP表达水平显著升高,血清CRP升高可能是影响SCLC患者预后的独立危险因素.
