目的 探讨鼻内镜手术对成人鼻窦炎(CRS)伴哮喘患者的治疗效果及对患者生活质量的影响.方法 回顾性分析2012年6月-2015年6月在我院接受治疗的成人CRS伴哮喘患者的临床资料,根据其治疗方式分为保守治疗组和鼻内镜手术治疗组.比较两组患者治疗前后症状积分、肺功能和生活质量的差异.结果 两组患者治疗前VAS和Lund-Kennedy评分无明显差别,治疗6个月后,两组患者的上述指标均较治疗前降低,且鼻内镜组降低更明显(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前6MWT、FVC和FEV1/FVC等肺功能指标无明显差别,治疗后,两组患者的肺功能指标均较治疗前增高,且鼻内镜组增高更明显(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前活动受限、哮喘症状、心理状况等生活质量评分无明显差别,治疗后,两组患者的生活质量均较治疗前增高,且鼻内镜组增高更明显(P<0.05).结论 鼻内镜手术对成人CRS伴哮喘患者治疗效果较好,可明显改善相关症状,提高患者生活质量.%Objective To investigate the effect of nasal endoscopic surgery in treatment of adult sinusitis ( CRS) with asthma and its influence on the quality of life of patients. Methods The clinical data of CRS patients with asthma treated in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the treat-ment Methods , the patients were divided into the conservative treatment group and the nasal endoscopic surgery group. The differences of symptom score, lung function and quality of life were compared between the two groups be-fore and after treatment. Results There was no significant difference in VAS and Lund-Kennedy scores between the two groups before and 6 months after treatment, and they were lower after treatment, and the nasal endoscopic group was more obvious (P<0. 05). There was no significant difference in 6MWT, FVC and FEV1/FVC and other pulmo-nary function indicators between the two groups before treatment, and the lung function indexes were higher after treatment, which was more pronounced in the nasal endoscopic group (P<0. 05). Their activity limitation, asthma symptoms, psychological status and quality of life score had no significant difference before treatment. After treat-ment, the quality of life improved in the two groups, and the improvement was more pronounced in the nasal endosco-py group (P<0. 05). Conclusion Nasal endoscopic surgery for adult sinusitis (CRS) with asthma patients has good curative effect, which can significantly improve the symptoms, and the quality of life.
