维生素A缺乏、炎症因子与小儿呼吸道感染的相关性研究

             

摘要

目的 探讨维生素A缺乏、炎症因子与小儿呼吸道感染的相关性.方法 选取呼吸道感染患儿112例为研究组,另选取同时期在我院接受正常体检的儿童78例为对照组,对比两组患儿维生素A缺乏发生情况,检测两组患儿血清白介素-1(IL-1)、免疫球蛋白IgG、淋巴细胞计数含量,并对维生素A及炎症因子与小儿呼吸道感染进行相关性分析.结果 研究组患儿维生素A亚临床缺乏及可疑性缺乏发生率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患儿的免疫球蛋白IgG、IL-1及淋巴细胞计数均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);经相关性分析显示,维生素A、IgG、IL-1及淋巴细胞计数与小儿发生呼吸道感染呈显著负相关.结论 呼吸道感染患儿伴有维生素A缺乏,且血清IgG、IL-1及淋巴细胞计数也低于正常儿童.%Objective To investigate the relationship between vitamin A deficiency and inflammatory cyto-kines in children with respiratory tract infection .Methods 112 cases of respiratory tract infection were selected as the study group , and another 78 healthy people were taken as the control group .Their vitamin A deficiency occur-rence was compared , and the levels of serum interleukin-1 ( IL-1 ) , immunoglobulin ( IgG ) , and lymphocyte count were detected , and the relationship between inflammatory factors and respiratory tract infection in children was ana -lyzed.Results The lack of incidence of vitamin A and suspected subclinical deficiency was significantly higher in the study group than in the control group (P<0.05).The levels of IgG, IL-1 and lymphocyte count were significant-ly lower in the study group than in the control group ( P<0.05 ) .The correlation analysis showed that vitamin A , IgG, IL-1 and lymphocyte count in children with respiratory tract infection were negatively correlated .Conclusion Respiratory tract infection in children with vitamin A deficiency is relatively serious , and the serum IgG , IL-1 and lymphocyte count are lower than the normal children .
