精神分裂症患者自杀危机及早期护理干预

摘要

Objective To explore suicidal crisis and early nursing intervention in schizophrenics .Methods Clinical data of 61 schizophrenics who had suicidal behavior were retrospectively analyzed and relative nursing intervention measures raised .Results Of them 6 .6% died of suicide ,93 .4%attempted suicide .Suicidal behaviors of schizophrenics were influenced by many factors ,it could effective‐ly eliminate suicidal behaviors to provide necessary psychological support system ,to be good at discovering abnormal appearance and to adopt foresight nursing intervention .Conclusion Early nursing intervention could effectively eliminate suicidal behaviors of schizophrenics .%目的：探讨精神分裂症患者自杀危机及早期护理干预。方法对61例曾有自杀行为的精神分裂症患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，并提出相应的护理干预措施。结果本组患者自杀死亡6．6％，自杀未遂93．4％。精神分裂症患者自杀行为受多种因素的影响，建立良好的护患关系，为患者提供必要的心理支持系统，善于发现异常表现，采取预见性护理干预，可有效杜绝自杀行为的发生。结论早期护理干预可有效杜绝精神分裂症患者自杀行为的发生。
