Precaution against nurse‐patient dispute is an important work of nursing management ,in this paper causes of nurse‐patient disputes were analyzed and corre‐sponding precautionary measures put forward using precaution management theory in order to reduce nurse‐patient disputes and improve patients’ satisfaction .%护患纠纷的防范是护理管理的一项重要工作,本文分析了护患纠纷产生的原因,并运用防范管理理论提出了相应的防范措施,旨在减少护患纠纷的发生,提高患者满意度。
