残留型精神分裂症患者直系亲属心理健康状况调查

摘要

目的：了解残留型精神分裂症患者直系亲属的心理健康状况。方法对62名残留型精神分裂症患者直系亲属应用症状自评量表进行测评分析。结果本组残留型精神分裂症患者直系亲属症状自评量表总分及躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、偏执、精神病性因子分均显著高于常模(P <0.05或0.01)；精神症状阳性检出率排名前3位依次为：焦虑38.7%、人际关系27.4%、抑郁19.4%。结论残留型精神分裂症患者直系亲属心理健康状况不容乐观，应对其予以有针对性的心理干预。%Objective To survey the mental health status in directly-related members of patients with re-sidual schizophrenia (RS).Methods Assessments were conducted with the Symptom Checklist (SCL-90) in directly-related members of 62 RS patients.Results Their somzatization,obsession,interpersonal re-lation,depression,anxiety,hostility,phobia,paranoia and psychotic score of the SCL-90 were signifi-cantly higher compared with norm (P <0.05 or 0.01);first 3 of positive detection rate of mental symp-toms were in turn anxiety (38.7%),interpersonal relation (27.4%)and depression (1 9.4%).Conclusion The mental health status in directly-related members of RS patients isn’t optimistic,to them purpose-ful psychological intervention should be given.
