Objective To explore the effect of comfort care in clinical nursing for senile mental patients.Methods Sixty-four senile mental patients were assigned to two groups of 32 ones each according to admission order.Control group received psychiatric routine nursing, research group did comfort care, whole-course hospitalizations were observed, efficacy and quality of life compared between two groups.Results Good rate was respectively 71.9% in research and 40.6% in control group and the former significantly higher than the latter (P<0.05).Score on physical adaptation, social adaptation, symptom control and emotion control were significantly lower in research than in control group (P<0.01).Conclusion Comfort care could notably improve the efficacy and quality of life of senile mental patients.%目的 探讨舒适护理在老年精神病患者临床护理中的应用效果. 方法 将64例老年精神病患者按照入院顺序分为两组,每组32例.研究组予以舒适护理,对照组予以精神科常规护理,观察住院全程,比较两组患者的护理效果及生活质量.结果 研究组护理优良率为71.9%,对照组为40.6%,研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后生活质量评定研究组体力适应、社会适应、症状控制及情绪控制维度分均显著低于对照组(P<0.01).结论 舒适护理能显著提高老年精神病患者的护理效果及生活质量,优于常规护理.
