住院慢性精神分裂症患者伴发脂肪肝调查及相关因素分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the onset status of fatty liver in hospitalized chronic schizophrenics and analyze relative factors. Methods B ultrasound examinations were performed in 334 hospitalized chronic schizophrenics and the onset status of fatty liver and relative factors statistically analyzed. Results The incidence of fatty liver was 17.67%,had significant differences in age groups,lengths of stay and body mass index (BMI) (P<0.05),and no in genders,complications,used antipsychotics and obesity types (P>0.05). Conclusion The incidence of fatty liver in hospitalized chronic schizophrenics is higher compared with general population and the onset of fatty liver is related to ages,length of stay,obesity and so on.%目的 了解住院慢性精神分裂症患者脂肪肝发病情况,并探讨其影响因素.方法 对334例住院慢性精神分裂症患者进行B超检查,对脂肪肝发病状况及相关影响因素进行统计分析.结果 本组患者脂肪肝发病率为17.7%,脂肪肝发病率在年龄段、住院时间、体质量指数方面存在显著差异(P<0.05或0.01),在性别、合并症、应用抗精神病药物及肥胖类型方面无明显差异(P>0.05).结论 住院慢性精神分裂症患者脂肪肝发病率高于一般人群,脂肪肝发病与年龄、住院时间、肥胖等因素有关.
