目的 探讨2型糖尿病肾病患者血清同型半胱氨酸、胱抑素C及D-二聚体检测的临床价值.方法 将30例2型糖尿病患者设为A组,30例糖尿病肾病患者设为B组,30名健康志愿者设为C组,采集3组晨空腹12 h静脉血3 ml-5 ml,检测血清同型半胱氨酸、胱抑素C及D-二聚体水平,并进行对比分析.结果 A组与B组血清同型半胱氨酸、胱抑素C及D-二聚体水平均显著高于C组,B组显著高于A组,差异均有极显著性(P<0.01).结论 检测2型糖尿病肾病患者血清同型半胱氨酸、胱抑素C及D-二聚体水平,有利于早期预防、诊断和治疗.%Objective To explore the clinical value of serum homocysteine,cystatin C and D-dimer detection in patients with type 2 diabetics mellitus (T2DM) nephropathy. Methods Thirty T2DM patients were assigned to group A,30 diabetic nephropathy ones to B,30 healthy volunteers to C,morning fasting venous blood of 3 groups collected,serum homocysteine,cystatin C and D-dimer levels detected,and contrastive analyses conducted. Results Serum homocysteine,cystatin C and D-dimer levels were significantly higher in group A and B than in C,so were those in B than in A,and differences were very significant (P<0.01). Conclusion Serum homocysteine,cystatin C and D-dimer detection in patients with T2DM nephropathy is beneficial to early prevention,diagnosis and treatment.
