精神分裂症患者正反序工作记忆的脑磁图研究

摘要

目的:通过脑磁图影像学方法研究精神分裂症患者工作记忆受损情况.方法:分别对12例精神分裂症患者和10名正常人正反序记忆时同时采集脑磁图信号,与磁共振解剖像叠加形成磁源性成像,进行脑区活动分析.结果:正序记忆时患者右额上回激活较正常人明显增多(P<0.05),简单记忆任务时,就动员了较多的脑部资源,随着任务难度增大,额叶记忆能力将达到最大限度.反序记忆时二者比较未见明显差异.结论:精神分裂症患者正反序记忆受损主要表现在额叶功能.%Objective:To explore deficits of working memory in patients with schizophrenia. Method:12 schizophrenic inpatients and 10 healthy comparison participants were recruited in the study,and magnetoencephalogram as well as MRI were conducted and compared on the brain activity areas. Results: Compared with the healthy subjects,the patients showed higher activations in the right superior frontal gyrus on positive sequence memory ( P ＜ 0.05 ). The patients mobilized greater amount of brain resources in a simple memory task,and with task difficulty increase,came to maximum memory capacity in the frontal gyrus. The reverse order the memory was found no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion:The damage of digit span forward and backward memory mainly show in the frontal lobe dysfunction for patients with schizophrenia.
