轻度认知功能障碍、阿尔茨海默病和血管性痴呆患者血浆巨噬细胞移动抑制因子水平的对照研究

     

摘要

目的:探讨轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)、阿尔茨海默病(AD)、血管性痴呆(VD)患者血浆巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)水平及其影响因素. 方法:应用酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)对2001 ~2002年广州地区流行病学调查中诊断的MCI(45例)、AD(44例)、VD(30例)患者和健康老人(NC组, 40名)进行检测和比较,分析影响血浆MIF水平的因素. 结果:血浆MIF水平在AD组[(40.99 ± 33.34)μg/L]、VD组[(39.16 ± 23.87)μg/L]、MCI组[(39.9 ± 38.5)μg/L]及NC组[(32.1 ± 13)μg/L]间差异无统计学意义(F=0.751,P>0.05);不同程度认知功能障碍者间血浆MIF水平差异无统计学意义(F=0.654,P>0.05).血浆MIF水平与AD组简易精神状态检查评分呈负相关,与轻度VD患者的卒中次数呈正相关(r= -0.303,P<0.05;r=0.757,P=0.007);与各组性别、年龄、病程、教育年限、痴呆严重程度评分及日常生活能力量表评分不相关. 结论:MIF可能参与MCI、AD、VD病理过程.%Objective:To investigate expression and influence factors of plasma macrophage migration in-hibitory factor(MIF)levels in patients with mild cognitive impairment(MCI),alzheimer disease(AD),and vascular dementia(VD). Method:All subjects including MCI(45 cases),AD(44 cases),VD(30 cases) and healthy elderly controls(NC,40 cases)came from the epidemiological survey in the urban and rural com-munities in Guangzhou from 2001 to 2002. The plasma MIF level of all the cases was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and compared;and the influence factors of plasma MIF level were analyzed. Results:There were not statistically significant differences on the plasma MIF concentrations among AD group[(40.99 ± 33.34)μg/L],VD group[(39. 16 ± 23. 87)μg/L],MCI group[(39. 9 ± 38. 5)μg/L]and NC group [(32.1 ± 13)μg/L](F=0.751,P>0.05),and among the patients with different degrees of cognitive impair-ment(F=0.654,P>0.05).There was negative correlation between plasma MIF concentration and mini mental state examination(MMSE)scores in AD group(r= -0.303,P<0.05),and positive correlation between plas-ma MIF concentration and frequency of stroke in mild VD patients(r=0.757,P=0.007).There were not sig-nificant correlations between plasma MIF concentration and gender,age,duration,educationyears,scores of clini-cal dementia rating scale and activities of daily living. Conclusion:MIF may be involved in the pathological process of MCI,AD and VD.
