过敏性紫癜患儿外周血单个核细胞细胞因子信号转导抑制蛋白1、3 mRNA的表达

     

摘要

目的:探讨细胞因子信号转导抑制蛋白1(SOCS1)和SOCS3在儿童过敏性紫癜中的表达情况和作用。方法应用逆转录—聚合酶链反应检测20例过敏性紫癜患儿和15例正常健康对照儿童的外周血单个核细胞中SOCS1/SOCS3 mRNA表达水平。结果过敏性紫癜患儿SOCS1、SOCS3 mRNA相对表达水平分别为(1.37±0.38)、(1.87±0.53),高于对照儿童的(0.85±0.12)、(0.77±0.13),差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.001);SOCS3 mRNA表达增高更为明显。结论过敏性紫癜患儿有SOCS3的高表达。%Objective To explore the expression and role of suppressor of cytokine signaling 1 (SOCS1) and SOCS3 mRNA in the development of Henoch-Schöenlein purpura (HSP) in children. Methods Real-Time reverse transcription poly-merase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was used to detect the expression levels of SOCS1 and SOCS3 mRNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) in children with HSP (HSP group, n=20) and healthy children (control group, n=15), respectively. Results The expression levels of SOCS1 and SOCS3 mRNA in HSP group were (1.37±0.38) and (1.87±0.53), and in control group were (0.85±0.12) and (0.77±0.13). Compared with control group, the expressions of SOCS1 and SOCS3 mRNA, especially the latter, were signiifcantly up-regulated in HSP group (P<0.001). Conclusions The up-regulated expression of SOCS3 may be involved in the pathogenesis of HSP in children.
