眼病筛查中原发性闭角型青光眼病例的临床分析

摘要

目的 研究分析眼病筛查中原发性闭角型青光眼患者的临床特点.方法 对2010年1月至2012年1月经过眼病筛查发现的原发性闭角型青光眼患者61例与健康对照组70例的临床特点进行比较,分析两组对象在中央前房深度(ACD)、房角开放距离(AOD)、小梁网虹膜间面积(TISA)、房角隐窝面积(ARA)和前房容积(ACV)及晶状体参数的差异.结果 青光眼患者组ACD、AOD、TISA、ARA和ACV均低于健康对照组(P＜0.05),且青光眼患者组晶状体参数低于健康者(P＜0.05).结论 原发性闭角型青光眼患者的眼部前房参数与晶状体参数均与正常对照组存在显著性差异,有助于早期筛查和治疗.%Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of primary angle-closure glaucoma that was diagnosed during eye disease screening.Methods The clinical characteristics of 61 cases of primary angle-closure glaucoma diagnosed in the eye disease screening between January 2010 and January 2012 were compared to those of 70 healthy subjects.Differences in the central anterior chamber depth,angle opening distance,area between the trabecular meshwork and iris,angle crypt area,anterior chamber volume and lens parameters were examined.Results The central anterior chamber depth,anterior chamber volume,angle opening distance,area between trabecular meshwork and iris,and angle recess area in the glaucoma groups were significantly lower than those in healthy subjects (P ＜0.05) ; The lens parameters were also significanfly different (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion There were significant differences in the ocular anterior chamber parameters and lens parameters between primary angle-closure glaucoma and healthy subjects.These differences are helpful to the early diagnosis and intervention of primary angle-closure glaucoma.
