目的：探讨延续护理服务对造口患者出院后自我护理能力及其生活质量的影响。方法选择2013年8月～2014年11月我科收治行膀胱镜、肠镜检查或术中取活检病理切片检查确诊为低位直肠癌，且行M iles术或膀胱癌根治术，经手术后有永久性结肠造口或膀胱全切回肠代膀胱造口的患者156例，随机分为对照组75例和观察组81例。对照组出院后给予常规护理。观察组采取延续护理。比较两组自我护理能力及其生活质量。结果观察组出院3个月后自我护理技能、自护责任感、健康知识水平和自我概念评分显著高于对照组（P＜0．05）；观察组社会、环境、生理、心理、独立性以及生活信念评分高于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论延续护理可以有效提高造口患者的自我护理能力，改善患者的生活质量，是行之有效的干预方法。%Objective To investigate effect of continuation of nursing on colostomy patients'self -nursing ability and quality of life after their discharge .Methods 156 cases of patients admitted to urology department and hepatobiliary surgery department between August 2013 and November 2014 were collected as objects .Patients were those who were diagnosed with colorectal cancer in accordance with results of cystoscopy and enteroscopy ,or intraoperative biopsy pathology ,and then had handled permanent or ileum generation of bladder full bladder underwent colostomy postoperatively after having low line Mlies or bladder cancer surgery .They were randomly divided into control group with 75 cases and observation group with 81 cases .No intervention performed to patients of control group after discharge ,while such lobbyists continue nursing as tele‐phone follow -up ,home follow -up ,sodality for colostomy patients was given to patients of observation group .Compari‐sons of patients'self -care ability and quality of life were made between two groups .Results About self -care ability ,pa‐tients of observation group had higher scores than those of control group of the sense of responsibility ,health knowledge lev‐el and self -concept 3 months after discharge (P<0 .05) .And about quality of life ,patients of observation group had higher scores of adaptability to society and environment ,conditions of physic and psychology ,and independence and belief of life . The difference of the result was statistically significant (P<0 .05) .Conclusion Extended care can effectively improve the colostomy patient's self -care ability ,improve the quality of life of patients ,is an effective intervention .
