目的：探讨以家庭为中心的产前教育与产时服务对初产妇分娩结局的影响。方法将123例在我院定期参加产前检查，并接受孕期健康教育的孕妇，按有无家属参与分为实验组60例和对照组63例。实验组有家属参与孕期健康教育，在进入待产室前根据孕妇个人情况与家属共同研究制订分娩计划，并实施陪伴分娩。对照组接受相关孕期教育，无家属参与产前教育及陪伴分娩。观察两组自然分娩率、剖宫产率，产后抑郁情绪及产妇和家属对助产服务满意度。结果实验组自然分娩率显著高于对照组（P＜0．01），剖宫产率及产后EPDS评分显著低于对照组（P＜0．01），产妇及家属对助产服务满意度明显高于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论以家庭为中心的产前教育能有效促进产妇快乐分娩，降低剖宫产率。%Objective Discuss the effect of antenatal education and service centered by the family on primiparas’ delivery outcome .Method 123 primiparas who took antenatal examination and received pregnancy health education in our hospital by family member participation were divided into observation group and control group .There are two groups ,which are test group (60 primiparas) and matched group(63 primiparas) .There are primiparas with family member participation in test group .Their family members participate in pregnancy health education .Bfore entering predelivery room delivery plan is col‐laborated and worked out according to pregnant woman’s personal details and her family member .Accompanied labor is also carried out .There are primiparas without family member participation in matched group .Those primiparas receive related pregnancy education as well .But their family members don’t receive pregnancy education or carry out accompanied labor . Survey natural births rate ,cesarean section rate ,postpartum depression as well as satisfaction to deliver service from puer‐peras and their family members on pregnant women from these two groups .Result Natural births rate of test group is ex‐tremely higher than the ones of matched group (P<0 .01) .Grades of cesarean section rate and postpartum depression(SDS) from test group are extremely lower than the ones from matched group (P<0 .01) .Satisfaction to deliver service from puer‐peras and their family members on pregnant women from test group is extremely higher than the ones from matched group (P<0 .05) .Conclusion Antenatal education centered by the family can facilitate effectively puerperas’ happy birth and re‐duce cesarean section rate .
