目的：探讨盆底肌锻炼对产妇分娩结局及产后盆底肌力的影响。方法选取2012年10月～2013年10月我院进行常规产检的孕妇100例，根据孕妇的意愿分为观察组60例和对照组40例。对照组采用一般干预方法。观察组采用盆底肌锻炼。比较两组分娩方式、分娩结局、产程时间及产后盆底肌力的差异性。结果观察组阴道顺产41例，剖宫产15例；对照组阴道顺产11例，剖宫产26例，两组比较有显著性差异（P＜0．05）。两组分娩结局比较无显性著差异（P＞0．05）。观察组第一产程时间、第二产程时间、第三产程时间少于对照组，有显著性差异（P＜0．05）。观察组盆底肌张力浅Ⅰ、浅Ⅱ、深Ⅰ、深Ⅱ评分明显高于对照组，有显著性差异（P＜0．05）。结论盆底肌锻炼对产后盆底肌力的恢复有积极作用。%Objective To explore the effect of pelvic floor muscle exercise on puerpera childbirth outcome and postpar‐tum pelvic floor muscle strength .Methods This study selected 100 cases of pregnant women in our hospital for regular pre‐natal from October 2012 to October 2013 ,according to the will of the pregnant women were divided into two groups ,volun‐teered for the pregnant women 60 cases of pelvic floor muscle training ,as observation group ,40 cases of pregnant women not willing to pelvic floor muscle training ,as the control group .Control maternal line general intervention method , observation group maternal pelvic floor muscle exercise , compared maternal birth outcomes in two groups and the differences of postpartum pelvic floor muscle strength .Results The pregnant women in observation group were given prior‐ity to with vaginal birth (41 cases) ,maternal cesarean section second (15 cases) ,maternal cesarean section 26 cases in con‐trol group ,vaginal birth to 11 cases ,statistically significant difference (P0 .05);Observation group of mothers for the first time ,the second labor time ,labor third maternal labor time were lower than control group ,difference has statistical signifi‐cance (P<0 .05);Observation group maternal shallow Ⅰ ,shallow Ⅱ ,deep Ⅰ ,deep maternal Ⅱ score were significantly higher than control group ,difference has statistical significance (P < 0 .05) .Conclusion The pelvic floor muscle exercise on postpartum pelvic floor muscle recovery has a positive role .
