颈内动脉C6段血泡样动脉瘤手术治疗1例并文献复习

摘要

目的：探讨颈内动脉血泡样动脉瘤的治疗策略。方法总结分析1例颈内动脉C6段血泡样动脉瘤手术治疗患者的临床资料，并结合文献复习进行探讨。结果本例患者颈内动脉C6段血泡样动脉瘤的手术效果良好。文献报道血泡样动脉瘤治疗的总体致残率为17％，而死亡率为15％。结论对颈内动脉血泡样动脉瘤手术治疗之前，一定要做好充分的评估和准备，以降低致残率和死亡率。%Objective To investigate the treatment strategy of internal carotid artery blister aneurysms.Methods The clinical data of 1 case of internal carotid artery C6 segment blister aneurysms underwent operation were analyzed retrospectively, and literatures were reviewed.Results The operation effect of the patient with carotid blister aneurysm was good, the reported disability rate about the treatment of overall blister aneurysm was 17%, and the mortality rate was 15%.Conclusion Before treatment of blister aneurysm, we must make adequate assessment and preparation to reduce morbidity and mortality.
