轮状病毒感染致婴幼儿多系统损害142例病例分析

摘要

目的 讨论轮状病毒感染引起婴幼儿消化道外系统损害机率.方法 有轮状病毒感染患儿分别给以心电图、脑电图、心肌酶谱、肝功能、肾功能,部分给以脑脊液等检查.结果 呼吸道感染84例,循环系统损害45例,肝损害27例,肾损害31例,神经系统损害18例.结论 表明轮状病毒感染后除可引起消化道损害外,亦可引起其它多系统损害,部分病例病情较重,临床上应高度重视.%Objective To discuss the rotavirus infection system damage in infants and young children outside the alimentary tract probability. Methods Children with rotavirus infection were given tests in ECG, EEG, myocardial enzymes, liver function and kidney function. Some were given cerebrospinal fluid and other tests. Results Eighty - four patients with respiratory tract infection, 45 cases of circulatory system damage, liver damage in 27 cases, 31 cases of kidney damage,nervous system damage in 18 patients. Conclusion Besides gastrointestinal damage, rotavirus infection can also cause other multi - system damages, and even lead to some severe conditions. Thus great importance should be attached clinically.
