Objective To explore the effect of a dual - use medical cushion for bathing and preventing press sore. Methods A total of 66 bedridden patients were randomly divided into study group ( n = 33) and control group ( n = 33 ). The study group employed the dual - use cushion in four basic nursing items, namely, prevention of pressure sores, bed shampoo, bed skin clean, and the bed perinea] washing. The control group used the traditional anti - pressure sore cushion. The comfortable status scale, Kolcaba, was taken to measure the comfortableness of basic bed nursing. Nursing satisfactoriness was surveyed as well. Results Patients' comfortableness and nursing satisfactoriness in the study group were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion The application of the dual - use cushion in the basic nursing of ambulatory patients has advantages of being safer, simpler, more convenient, time - saving and energy - saving, which can improve patients' comfortableness, nursing satisfactoriness, and basic nursing quality as a whole.%目的 探讨一种床上洗浴防压疮两用气垫的应用效果.方法 将66例卧床患者随机分为实验组和对照组各33例.在压疮预防、床上洗头、床上皮肤清洁、床上会阴冲洗四项基础护理中,实验组采用床上洗浴防压疮两用气垫,对照组采用传统式防压疮气垫.应用Kolcaba的舒适状况量表测量其在床上进行基础护理的舒适状况,并对护士满意度进行调查.结果 实验组患者舒适度、护士满意度显著高于对照组(均P＜0.01).结论 床上洗浴防压疮两用气垫应用于卧床患者基础护理工作中,使用安全、简单、方便、省时、省力,提高了患者舒适度,提高了护士满意度,提高基础护理服务质量.
