临床优质护理对射频消融术联合臭氧治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效影响的分析

摘要

Objective To explore impact of clinical quality nursing on lumbar disc hernia-tion treated with radiofrequency ablation combined with ozone.Methods 81 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into nursing group with 41 patients and control group with 40 patients.Patients in nursing group were given preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative quality nursing,while the patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing.Changes of pain before and after the treatment were assessed by visual analog scale (VAS).Results After the follow-up visits for 12 months,the efficacy rate was 97.56% with 35 cured patients and 5 re-markably cured patients in the nursing group.The efficacy rate was 47.5% with 4 patients cured and 15 remarkably cured in the control group.Compared with the two groups,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Clinical quality nursing on lumbar disc herniation treated with radiofrequency ablation combined with ozone can effectively improve the effective rate of surgery.%目的：探索临床优质护理对射频消融术联合臭氧治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效的影响。方法将81例腰椎间盘突出症的患者随机分为护理组41例与对照组40例，护理组患者给予包括术前、术中和术后3阶段的综合优质护理，对照组患者给予常规护理。按照视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评定患者治疗前、后疼痛变化程度。结果术后随访12个月，护理组临床治愈35例，显效5例，有效率为97．56％；对照组临床治愈4例，显效15例，有效率为47．5％，2组差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论对射频消融术联合臭氧注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者进行临床优质护理，可以有效提高手术疗效。
