Objective To establish a HPIX method for determination of paeonol content in Liuwei Dihuang pills ( condensed ). Methods The chromatic column of C18 was applied. The mobile phase consisted of methanol - water ( 70:30 ); the wave length for detection was at 274 nm; flow rate was kept at 1.0 ml/min. The column temperature kept at room temperature. Results The determination of paeonol content in HPLC had good linear relation in ranges of 8. 24 ~ 164. 8 n,g/ml( r =0. 9999 ), average recovery rate was 98. 92% , and relative standard deviation ( RSD ) = 1.70% (n=6). Conclusion The results showed that HPLC is convenient, fast, accurate and reproducible in determination of paeonol content in Liuwei Dihuang pills ( condensed ). It can be used for controlling the quality of this kind of product of Chinese traditional medicine.%目的 建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定六味地黄丸(浓缩丸)中丹皮酚含量的方法.方法 采用Diamonsil TM C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm)色谱柱以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;甲醇- 水(70∶30)为流动相;检测波长为274 nm;流速1.0 ml / mi n;柱温:室温.结果 丹皮酚含量在8.24~164.8 μg/ml范围内具有良好线性关系,r=0.9999,平均加样回收率为98.92%,相对标准偏差(RSD)=1.70%(n=6).结论 以HPLC法测定六味地黄丸(浓缩丸)中丹皮酚的含量,方法简便快捷,精密度高,重现性好,可用于药品质量的控制.
