Objective To observe the clinical effect of Tao Hong Si Wu decoction in treatment of diabetic foot. Methods Sixty six cases of diabetic foot were randomly allocated into control and trial groups, 30 cases in control group were treated with conventional treatment, and 36 cases in trial group were treated with conventional treatment in addition with application of Tao Hong Si Wu decoction for 3 courses, then clinical effects after treatment and healing of local ulcers were compared between these two groups. Results The total effective rate in trial group was 88. 8% , and the total effective rate in control group was 66. 6%. The efficacy in trial group was significantly higher than that of control group, their difference in efficacy was significant ( P <0.05 ). Conclusion The application of Tao Hong Si Wu decoction in treatment of patients with diabetic foot is effective.%目的 观察桃红四物汤治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效.方法 66例糖尿病足患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组30例采用常规治疗,治疗组36例在常规治疗的基础上加用口服桃红四物汤治疗,治疗3个疗程,比较两组患者经治疗后的临床疗效,局部溃疡愈合情况.结果 治疗组的总有效率88.8%.对照组总有效率66.6%.治疗组疗效明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 桃红四物汤对糖尿病足有确切疗效.
