结肠癌组织中的 HSP90α、HSP70、HSP60表达及其与组织分化程度的关系

Objective Our retrospective study was aimed to discuss the relationship between HSP90α,HSP70,HSP60 and colon cancer tissue through comparing the expressive differences of HSP90α,HSP70,HSP60 in colon cancer tissue and peri - carcinomatous tissue. Methods The surgical specimens of colon cancer tissue and peri - carcinomatous tissue of 49 patients with colon cancer were collected. The specimens were typed on the basis of histopathology. The expressive difference of HSP90α,HSP70,HSP60 in two kinds of tissues were compared by PCR. The correlation between the extent of tissue differentiation of colon cancer and the positive expressions of HSP90α,HSP70,HSP60 was discussed by immunohistochemistry. Results A total of 49colon cancer tissue specimens(4 cases of undifferentiated,15 cases were poorly differentiated, 23 were moderately differentiated,7 cases of high differentiation)and 49 peri - carcinomatous tissues were included. The expressions of HSP60, HSP70,HSP90α mRNA in colon cancer tissue were obviously higher than those in peri - carcinomatous tissue. There was no remarkable correla-tion between the extent of tissue differentiation of colon cancer tissue and the positive expressions of HSP90α,HSP70,HSP60. Conclusion The expressions of HSP90α,HSP70,HSP60 in colon cancer tissue were obviously increased,had no obvious connection with histologic grades.%目的：比较结肠癌组织和癌旁组织中的 HSP90α、HSP70、HSP60表达差异，探讨 HSP90α、HSP70、HSP60与结肠癌组织分化程度的关系。方法收集49例结肠癌患者的结肠癌组织和癌旁组织手术标本进行研究，依据病理组织学对标本进行分型。采用聚合酶链式反应（PCR）比较两种组织中的 HSP90α、HSP70、HSP60表达差异，并采用免疫组化的方法分析结肠癌组织分化程度与 HSP90α、HSP70、HSP60阳性表达间的相关性。结果共入组49个结肠癌组织标本（4例为未分化，15例为低分化，23例为中分化，7例为高分化）和49个癌旁组织标本。结肠癌组织中的 HSP60、HSP70、HSP90α mRNA 表达均显著高于癌旁组织（ P 0.05）。结论结肠癌组织中 HSP60、HSP70、HSP90α表达显著升高，而与组织分化程度并无明显的相关性。
