血清IL-2和IL-6水平变化与丙型肝炎致肝硬化和癌变的相关性研究

摘要

目的：探讨血清白细胞介素-2（IL-2）和白细胞介素-6（IL-6）水平变化与丙型肝炎（丙肝）致肝硬化和癌变的相关性。方法从2012年10月至2013年10月收治的丙型肝炎患者中随机选择31例，分慢性丙型肝炎组、丙肝后肝硬化组以及丙肝相关性肝癌组，另选择18例健康者作为对照组。检测所有研究对象的血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ ALT）、总胆红素（ TBIL）、IL-2和IL-6水平，并进行比较分析。结果较之正常对照组，慢性丙型肝炎组和丙肝后肝硬化组以及丙肝相关性肝癌组的ALT和TBIL水平均出现显著上升的情况，差异均有统计学意义（均P ＜0.05）。而丙肝相关性肝癌组ALT水平显著低于慢性丙型肝炎组和丙肝后肝硬化组，差异均有统计学意义（均P ＜0.05）。较之正常对照组，慢性丙型肝炎组和丙肝后肝硬化组以及丙肝相关性肝癌组的IL-2水平均出现显著下降的情况，IL-6水平则出现显著上升，差异均有统计学意义（均P ＜0.05）。且随着疾病的发展，慢性丙型肝炎组丙肝后肝硬化组丙肝相关性肝癌组的IL-2水平呈逐渐下降情况，IL-6水平则出现逐渐上升情况。结论血清IL-2和IL-6水平变化与丙肝致肝硬化和癌变之间存在一定的相关性。%Objective To investigate the correlation between serum levels of interleukin-2( IL-2 )and interleukin-6( IL-6 )and HCV induced liver cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma( HCC). Methods Thirty-one hepatitis C patients treated in our hospital from Octo-ber 2012 to October 2013 were randomly selected. The patients were divided into chronic hepatitis C group,hepatitis C cirrhosis group and HCV-related HCC group;18 healthy subjects were as control. Serum alanine aminotransferase( ALT),total bilirubin( TBIL),IL-2 and IL-6 lev-els were detected and compared. Results Compared with the normal control group,ALT and TBIL levels were significantly increased in all three patient groups,there were significant differences(all P <0. 05),whereas ALT level was significantly lower in HCV-related HCC group than those in chronic hepatitis C group and hepatitis C cirrhosis group,there were significant differences(all P <0. 05). Compared with normal control group,IL-2 level was significantly decreased,but IL-6 level was significantly increased in all three patients groups,there were significant differences(all P <0. 05). Along with the progression of the disease,IL-2 level was gradually decreased whereas IL-6 level was gradually in-creased in chronic hepatitis C group,hepatitis C cirrhosis group and HCV-related HCC group. Conclusion Changes of serum IL-2 and IL-6 levels are associated with the development of HCV C cirrhosis and HCV-related HCC.
