Objective To explore the critical dosage of intracavitary brachytherapy on blader,rectum and small intestine for treatment of cervical cancer. Methods 78 patients with cervical cancer performed intracavitary brachytherapy were allocated in this study. According to the size of bladder,they were divided into 3 groups:group A(n = 24)with the volume of bladder ﹤80 cm3,group B(n=28)with the volume of bladder at 80~120 cm3 ,and group C( n=26 )with the volume of bladder ﹥120 cm3 . According to rectal size,they were divided into two groups,group D(n=36)for the size ﹥ 60 cm3 and group E(n=32)for the size≤60 cm3. Each group had been compared in dosages on blad-der,rectum and small intestine after radiotherapy. Results In group A,dosages of D50% and D1cm3 were significantly higher than those of groups B and C. In group B,dosages of D50% and D1cm3 were significantly higher than those of group C. Dosages of D50% and D1cm3 in group D were sig-nificantly lower than those of group E. In group A,dosage of D2cm3 was significantly higher than that of groups B and C. Dosage of D2cm3 in group B was significantly higher than that of group C. In addition,irradiation dosage of D2cm3 in patients of group D had no significant difference with group E. Conclusion Before the intracavitary brachytherapy,it should take appropriate measures to increase the volume of bladde,thus it can directly reduce the dosage of radiation on small intestine.%目的：探讨宫颈癌后装腔内近距离放射治疗时膀胱、直肠、小肠的照射剂量。方法选择收治的78例宫颈癌患者，采用后装腔内近距离放射治疗的方法，分组时将膀胱按体积大小分成3组：A组（ n＝24）为体积﹤80 cm3、B组（n＝28）为体积80~120 cm3组、C组（n＝26）为体积﹥120 cm3组；直肠按体积大小分成两组，D组（n＝36）为体积﹥60 cm3组和E组（ n＝32）为体积≤60 cm3组。比较各组放疗时膀胱、直肠、小肠照射剂量。结果 A组患者D50%和D1cm3的照射剂量显著高于B组和C组。B组D50%和D1cm3的照射剂量显著高于C组。D组患者D50%和D1cm3的照射剂量显著低于E组。A组患者D2cm3的照射剂量显著高于B组和C组。B组D2cm3的照射剂量显著高于C组。差异均有显著性（ P ﹤0.05）。D组患者D2cm3的照射剂量与E组无统计学差异。结论宫颈癌后装放疗前采取适当的措施增加膀胱体积，可以直接减少小肠所受到的放射剂量。
