Objective To investigate susceptibility of protein kinase C beta(PKC beta)gene polymorphism to patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA)and their correlation.Methods From January 2013 to January 2016,400 RA patients were selected as diagnosed cases(case group),400 cases of healthy subjects as control group.Gene type detection of two groups of PKC beta rs16972959 gene were performed with Taq-Man gene probe,and the relationship between different gene type and RA patients with various types of laboratory indexes and clinical features.Results The genotype GG of PKC beta rs16972959 gene of patients(54.75%),GA(37.50%),AA(7.75%)was different from genotype GG control group PKC beta rs16972959 gene(52.75%),GA(40%),AA(7.25%)with statistical significance(P > 0.05);group PKC be-ta gene rs16972959 allele of G(73.50%),A(26.50%)and the control group PKC beta gene rs16972959 allele of G(72.50%),A(27.50%) were not statistically significantly different(P >0.05).AA genotypes of 9.51% patients with positive RF in RA patients was significantly higher than that of RF negative patients(2.11%)(P 0.05);病例组PKCβ基因rs16972959位点等位基因频率为G73.50%,A26.50%,对照组PKCβ基因rs16972959位点等位基因频率为G72.50%,A27.50%,两组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).RA患者中RF阳性患者的AA基因型频率(9.51%)显著的高于RF阴性患者(2.11%)(P<0.05);AA、GA基因型患者的关节肿胀数目、关节触痛数目均显著的高于GG患者(P<0.05).结论 PKCβ基因多态性与RA患者遗传易感性无明显的相关性,但是与RF因子阳性率、患者的临床表现具有一定的关系.
