椎体成形术中使用高黏度骨水泥及低黏度骨水泥手术效果及安全性对比研究

         

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of high and low viscosity bone cement in vertebroplasty for treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.Methods 60 cases of patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures admitted into our hospital were reviewed.All patients were divided into high viscosity bone cement group (30 cases) and low viscosity bone cement group (30 cases).Bone cement leakage rate, Visual Analog Score (VAS), Oswestry Dability Index (ODI), injured vertebral height restoration (Cobb angle) and subsequent fracture rate of vertebrae body with or without surgical treatment were measured.Results Significant improvements were found in two groups for VAS score, ODI score, and Cobb angle at final follow-up compared with baseline.Compared with the low viscosity bone cement group, the VAS score, ODI score and Cobb angle of high viscosity bone cement group had a better improved (P0.05).Conclusion High viscosity bone cement could reduce bone cement leakage rate obviously in vertebroplasty with good clinical effect and safety for treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures.%目的 探讨椎体成形术(PVP)术中采用高黏度和低黏度骨水泥治疗骨质疏松性椎体骨折的疗效.方法 根据手术方案60例拟行PVP的患者被分为高黏度(30例)和低黏度(30例)骨水泥组.记录两组术中骨水泥渗漏率,疼痛模拟评分(VAS),功能障碍指数评分(ODI)评价疼痛及腰背部功能改善情况,Cobb角评价椎体畸形恢复情况,随访评价椎体再发骨折情况.结果 两组术后VAS、ODI评分及Cobb角均较术前明显改善(P0.05).结论 与低黏度骨水泥比较,PVP采用高黏度骨水泥能有效降低骨水泥渗漏率,获得更好的临床疗效.
