Objective: To compare the effect of electro - acupuncture Tianshu (ST25) in different depths on co-Ionic transit time(CTT). Methods ;Fourty patients were selected and divided into two groups at random (The patients in group A were deeply electro - acupuncture bilateral Tianshu points, while ones in group B were shal-lowly electro - punctrued bilateral Tianshu points ) . The course of treatment was 4 weeks. The CTTs of two groups after treatment and the time difference of CTT before and after treatment in two groups were evaluated and compared. Results: Significant difference in CTT after treatment was found in neither group (P >0.05) ,but it was found in the time difference of CTT before and after treatment in both groups(P <0. 05). Besides,inserting through membrana abdominis was more effective in improving the time difference of CTT before and after treatment than that just in the hypoderm ( P < 0. 05), which showed electro - acupuncture Tianshu deeply worked effectively than doing shallowly. There were not any electro - acupuncture accidents happening in the trials. Conclusion-.Electro -acupuncture Tianshu point(ST25) deeply was able to shorten CTT more effectively, moreover,it was safe.%目的：比较电针“天枢穴”不同的深度刺激对全结肠转运时间的影响。方法：采用随机对照试研究方法将纳入的40例患者，随机分为A组(电针深刺双侧天枢穴组)与B组(电针浅刺双侧天枢穴组)。治疗4周后评估两组全结肠转运时间及比较治疗前后全结肠转运时间差值变化。结果：尽管两组电针天枢穴刺激治疗后全结肠转运时间比较差异无显著意义(P＞0.05)，但两组治疗后相较于各自组治疗前全结肠转运时间比较均有明显改善，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。且电针突破腹膜深刺组较仅皮下浅刺组就治疗前后改善全结肠转运时间的差值上更有效(P＜0.05)，提示深刺治疗改善全结肠转运时间效率更佳。整个研究过程未发生任何电针不良事件。结论：电针“天枢穴”深刺更能有效缩短全结肠转运时间，且该刺激方法安全。
