颈椎复位配合经筋推拿法治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足52例

摘要

目的：观察颈椎复位配合经筋推拿法治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足（ VBI ）的临床疗效及其有关血流动力学的变化。方法：对门诊和入院VBI患者观察治疗前后临床疗效及用多谱勒超声（ TCD）测定治疗前后椎-基底动脉血流速度变化。结果：颈椎复位配合经筋推拿法治疗VBI总显效率达98％。结论：颈椎复位配合经筋推拿法能有效扩张血管，缓解椎-基底动脉的痉挛，使局部血流量增加，从而减轻乃至消除临床症状。%Objective:To observe the clinical efficiency on vertebrobasilar insufficiency ( VBI) by cervical ver-tebra reduction combined with aponeurotic system massage and the changes related to hemodynamics .Methods:Observe the clinical effects on VBI patients from both clinic and hospital before and after treatment and measure the blood flow velocity changes of vertebrobasilar artery before and after treatment by Transcranial Doppler .Re-sults:Vertebrobasilar insufficiency treated by cervical vertebra reduction combined with aponeurotic system mas-sage has an average efficiency rate of 98%.Conclusion:Significant efficiency is approved in cervical vertebra reduction combined with aponeurotic system massage for VBI .It effectively expands blood vessels , ease the convulsion of vertebrobasilar artery and increase local blood flow , so as to relieve or even eliminate clinical symptoms .
