近20年针灸治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的进展

摘要

Retrieve the literatures on the treatment of DGP with acupuncture and moxibustion ( published from 1990 to 2013) in the database of CNKI CAJD.As to the acupuncture and moxibustion, there are many methods to treat DGP, and the effect is definite.However, some problems have also existed,such as non-uniform stand-ard of judgment of curative effects, more control groups with western medicine, few fundamentally experimental researches.The future direction should focus on establishing the unified standard of judgment of curative effects , discussing the basic rules of acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of DGP to promote the inter-nationalization of acupuncture and moxibustion.%通过检索中国知网学术期刊网络出版总库CAJD1990～2013年有关针灸治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的相关文献。可以看出当前针灸治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫方法诸多，疗效确切，但存在疗效判定标准不统一、多以西药为对照组及实验基础性研究较少等问题，未来研究应着眼于建立统一的疗效判定标准，探讨针灸治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫基本规律，推进针灸国际化。
