和谐社会视阈下贫困生职业生涯规划研究

摘要

高校贫困生由于社会资源的不足和缺乏明确的职业生涯规划,就业更为困难,甚至产生了严重的社会问题,成为建设社会主义和谐社会的一大阻碍因素。家庭、学校、社会和贫困生个人要团结协作,做好贫困大学生的职业生涯规划,为全面建设和谐社会提供有力的保障。%As poor college students lacking of social resources and clear career planning, it is more difficuh to find a job for them, which produced a serious social problem and became a hindering factor in building socialist harmonious society. Family, school, society and individuals should unite and cooperate to implemente career plan of poor college students for providing strong guarantee of overall construction harmonious society.
