随着毕业生就业人数的急剧增加,加上全球金融危机的冲击,2009年毕业生的就业任重而道远.上至国家领导人下至相关的普通父母都通过不同形式表达着自己的关注.面对严峻的就业形势,大多数毕业生却还抱着"精英"的观念在就业市场寻找自己的位置而屡屡碰壁,所以降低就业期望值则成为当前大学毕业生突破就业瓶颈,顺利实现就业的有效途径.%s:With the sharp increase of the graduates in employment and global financial crisis, graduates in 2009 have a long way to go. From leaders down to every family's parents have expressed their concerns. Facing so the severe situation, most graduates acted as the "elite" to seek their places but always failed at the end, so decreasing employment expectation would be a good way for graduates to break through the employment bottleneck and succeed in employment.
