高酸值废油萃取反应耦合脱酸、酯化工艺优势的研究

         

摘要

以高酸值废油和甲醇为原料,强酸性阳离子交换树脂同时作为固体酸催化剂和萃取填料,在自制的固定床反应器中进行萃取-酯化反应的耦合过程,成功降低了高酸值油脂的酸值,并合成了脂肪酸甲酯.将萃取-酯化反应耦合工艺与单纯的萃取工艺和单纯的酯化工艺相比较,结果:在脱酸效果方面,萃取-酯化反应耦合工艺的脱酸效果相当于七级错流甲醇萃取工艺的脱酸效果;在酯化效果方面,同样达到68%的酯化率,萃取-酯化反应耦合工艺的停留时间为32 min,酯化工艺则需要160 min的停留时间,反应时间缩短了5倍.而对于酯化工艺、停留时间为32 min,酯化率仅为22%.%Taking high acid value waste oil and methanol as raw material, and using cation resin as beth solid acid catalyst and padding, a coupling process of oil extraction and catalytic esterification were carried out in a self- made fixed bed reactor; consequently fatty acid methyl esters were prepared and the acid value of the waste oil was reduced. Results:Compared with the process of extraction, the deacidification efficiency of the coupling process is equivalent to seven multi -stage cross - flow extractions. The esterification yield after 32 min is 68% for the coupling process, while about 22% for the esterification process, and the reaction time is 160 min for the esterification process to reach the esterification yield of 68%.
